  • Clients receive a license to use final deliverables after full payment
  • KDZ Creative retains ownership of all drafts, concepts, working files, and unused designs
  • KDZ Creative may display completed work in portfolios, on this website, and on social media for promotional purposes

Clients are responsible for confirming they have the rights to all materials provided.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials
  • Respond to communications and review deliverables promptly
  • Secure permissions or licenses for supplied content

Delays in communication may affect timelines.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revisions outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Upon termination:

  • Completed work will be invoiced
  • Deposits and completed work are non-refundable
  • Outstanding balances remain due
